*Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day.
 

*Orders placed after 1:00p.m. EST will be shipped the following business day. Again, business days are Monday through Friday.

*Once your order has been fulfilled & shipped you will receive a fulfillment and shipping confirmation with tracking number via email.

Return Policy

*Items purchased from J Carelock Accessories are eligible for store credit within 3 days of receiving. After the 3rd day the item is considered a final sale and cannot be returned and a store credit will not be issued.

*All returns must be requested by email (customerservice@jcarelock.com) within 3 days of receiving your items. Any items shipped without an email or outside of the return policy guidelines will not be credited.

*Once we receive your original merchandise, a store credit will be issued only if the merchandise is returned in its original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with original tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS.
(Please note that all of our jewelry & accessories are inspected before leaving our facility to ensure that you do not receive any damaged items).

*Please allow up to 1-2 business days from the date your order was placed for your order to be processed and shipped. Shipped orders can take 2-4 business days to reach you depending on your location.
